Cecilia Carey

Cecilia is a set and costume designer for theatre and site specific works. She trained at the Motley Theatre Design Course. Recent work includes THE SURPLUS (Young Vic), SENSE OF AN ENDING (Theatre 503), THE INTERVENTIONISTS (Lyric Hammersmith) PIONEER (Curious Directive Tour, Fringe First Award), A HUNDRED SHINING HEARTS (Palace Theatre) THE GREAT TRAIN DANCE (Severn Valley Railway), THE RED HELICOPTER (Almeida Theatre).

Cecilia assisted Es Devlin on TAKE THAT TOUR, KANYE WEST GOLD TOUR, BATMAN TOUR and THE CLOSING OLYMPICS CEREMONY and was Associate Designer to Chloe Lamford on OMG! (The Place & Sadler’s Wells).

 Upcoming 2015 projects are THE BROLLY PROJECT (Young Vic, with Look Left Look Right), THE LATE HENRY MOSS (Southwark Playhouse, directed by Mel Hillyard) and NATIONAL YOUTH THEATRE REP SHOWS (Ambassadors Theatre, directed by Pia Furtado, Emily Lim and Anna Niland).
