Jill O'Halloran

Jill O’Halloran grew up in Leigh, and now lives in Liverpool. Prior to her writing career she was a practising barrister, the first in her family to attend university. She has an MA in Television and Film Scriptwriting from Salford University.

Jill's play THREE was shortlisted for the 2022 Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting. Her credits include MOVING ON (LA Productions for BBC One, Exec producer Jimmy McGovern) and MONIQUE & ME (Afternoon Drama BBC R4, producer Pauline Harris)
