Lucy's currently working with Big Deal Films on her monologue SHAPES, which has been commissioned by CBBC as part of their Teen Monologue season. Her post-apocalyptic sitcom BUNKER was a Finalist in the Funny Women Writing Awards.
Lucy is working on a slate of original ideas for TV and film with writing partner Kirsty Smith. They are developing series ARE YOU HAPPY? with Lime Pictures and have written action comedy feature Super G’s for BFI Vision Awardee Lunar Lander Films.
Their drama series DIRTY WORK was a finalist in Sid Gentle’s Thousand Films Screenwriting Contest and sitcom LOST GIRLS was a finalist in the All3Media New Comedy Script Award. Kirsty & Lucy met developing ideas for comedy television, and between them they have written many hours of voiceover for broadcast shows, including work for Vic Reeves, Graham Linehan, Russell Brand & Derren Brown.
Before writing Lucy worked as a Producer, making and developing comedy and entertainment programming for BBC, ITV, SKY, MTV, Channel 4 and C5.
