Bio

Michael is an multi award winning Director of Television Drama with over thirteen years of experience, helming memorable and enduring episodes of 'Silent Witness', 'Waterloo Road', 'Casualty', 'Holby City', 'Father Brown', 'Coronation Street' and 'Emmerdale'.

He graduated from Manchester Metropolitan Film School and is technically refined with SFX and VFX Set Pieces. He is at his best with intimate character driven drama and is obsessed with subtext and capturing emotional truth. Michael has an innate ability to craft story and character through action into a highly moving piece of work.
