Nick Saltrese

Nick's feature screenplay credits include the acclaimed A PRAYER BEFORE DAWN (2018, dir. Jean-Stephane Sauvaire) and SHARK BAIT (2022, dir. James Nunn). His next movie THE LAST BREATH (dir. Joachim Heden) will be released in 2024, and he currently has feature projects in development with Altitude, Sleeper Films, Zero Gravity, Western Edge Pictures, Hurricane Films and Wellington Films.

Nick's career began in television, where he wrote iconic episodes of a number of long-running series including BROOKSIDE, HOLLYOAKS, EASTENDERS, HOLBY CITY, CASUALTY, THE BILL, THE ROYAL, MERSEYBEAT and others. Most recently, he has written an upcoming 4x60' thriller series for Story Films and Channel 5, currently in post-production and due to premiere in autumn 2023.
